    For more than thirty years, some of the most famous artists in the world traveled to a rustic camp beside a small lake in Northern Saskatchewan. Between the North Pole and New York City tells the story of how for five decades, Emma Lake was an important destination for leading artists from Canada, the United States, and Britain, and examines the impact the Emma Lake Artists' Workshops have had on the Canadian and International art world.
