This could be a disadvantage. I believe on the contrary that we draw three advantages from this. First, a permanent call to modesty: all Canadians know they have a lot to learn about their country. Next, an invitation to listen: we know that it is by listening to one another that we will learn. Finally, a creative candour: a Saskatchewanian’s fresh viewpoint on Quebeckers can be useful for them, and vice-versa
