    Saskatchewan's Universities – A Perception of History
(Saskatchewan Institute of Public Policy, 2003-05) Hayden, Michael; Pitsula, James; Blake, Raymond
Shortly after he returned to Harvard University, the former Secretary of State, Dean Rusk, was challenged respecting an evident change in the views to which he subscribed. His response—“Where one stands depends upon where one sits”—has some relevancy to the exchange published here: sitting as they do, one in each of Saskatchewan’s two universities, Professors Pitsula and Hayden have very different perceptions of the events relating to the establishment of the University of Saskatchewan and, sixty-seven years later, the University of Regina.
