Mr. Minister, Colleagues and Librarians, it is a pleasure to be back in beautiful Saskatoon, and it's a great honour to have been invited by you to this special occasion. I am not forgetting that my experience in the library field is only a year and a half, so I'm not coming her pretending to teach you anything. I will just tell you the story of what's happening at the National Library of Canada, and what we are trying to do. And certainly I will be curious to listen to your reaction.en_US
