dc.description.abstractAn international research centre was opened and new funding for an international research project was announced today at the University of Regina. Both the International Test Centre for Carbon Dioxide Capture (ITC) and the International Energy Agency (IEA) Weyburn CO2 Monitoring Project are seeking ways to address climate change by developing carbon dioxide capture and storage technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.en_US
