Abstract
2015 is turning into another stellar year for U of R Press. Three of its books are in some exclusive company. Children of the Broken Treaty: Canada’s Lost Promise and One Girl’s Dream, by NDP MP Charlie Angus, has made the list of Notable Books for 2015 by the prestigious book industry magazine, Quill & Quire. In describing the nationally bestselling book, Quill & Quire says: “Charlie Angus continues University of Regina Press’ stellar record of books on aboriginal issues with this timely and urgent call for justice in Canada’s treatment of its First Nations.”
