dc.description.abstract | The team approach to original monograph cataloging and serials CONSER upgrades was explored at the University of Florida. Teams of librarians and library assistants worked together to produce a finished product in an effort to handle problematic materials more efficiently. The initial project led to major reworking of assignments and to increased levels of professionalism and cooperation among all levels of cataloging staff. | en_US |
