dc.descriptionThis past year has presented unprecedented copyright-related challenges and opportunities for the library sector; at the same time, the legal and policy issues continue unabated. This presentation will update participants about the recent copyright advocacy efforts and activities of the CFLA copyright committee. This will include: the continued reform efforts concerning access to government materials covered by Crown Copyright; exploring Controlled Digital Lending in a Canadian context; considering the implications of Artificial Intelligence and Copyright for libraries; and other copyright guidance and advocacy in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic.en_US
