dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this project is to simulate a shale gas reservoir numerically in order to find those areas within the accumulation that will produce gas commercially, and then to evaluate and compare the predicted gas rate with real-life data. Shale gas has increased in importance as the production of conventional gas starts to decline.en_US
