Permanent URI for this collection

The Public Consultation Lecture Series will explore the growing expectation that public opinion be woven into policy formulation. What constitutes sound methods of consultation for the purposes of modern governance? How do the tools of the Internet combine with traditional modes of participation to channel policy ideas and determine whose voices are deemed legitimate?
