First, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the University of Regina Board of Governors for appointing me as President and Vice-Chancellor. Since 1969, I have enjoyed the satisfaction of serving the U of R; first as an instructor in the classroom, then as a department head, and finally as a senior administrator. It is indeed a privilege to serve the University as President, and I look forward with enthusiasm to contributing to the University’s accomplishments in the year to come.
